August 2000 Broiled Lemon-Honey Chicken Breasts 1/4 Cup- Honey 1/4 Cup- Lemon juice 2 tsp.- Vegetable oil 1 tsp.- Each rosemary crushed, and grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp.- Salt 1/8 tsp.- Pepper 4- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 ½ to 4 oz. each)
