April 2001 Caramelized Honey And Herb Sauce
1/4 Cup mild
honey, such as clover Combine the honey and thyme in a small, heavy saucepan. Over low heat, bring to a boil and cook to a deep golden brown, about 10 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid scorching. Take away from heat, add vinegar and stock and stir to combine. On the stove, raise the heat until the mixture boils, then cook over medium heat until thinkended, about 15 minutes.
